Nasi Lemak Senibong @ Malam Indah Selalu, Kg Senibong, Johore

Nasi Lemak Senibong @ Malam Indah Selalu, Kg Senibong, Johore

Need a place to dine in just above the sea and facing Singapore territory? Where can find this place? There is one eating place just located at Kg Senibong where you can enjoy the sea breeze, good food and also Singapore night view, it is just about 20 minutes drive from Johor Bharu City Town or from Singapore Woodlands CIQ. The traditional styled chalet with ocean blue painting is the place where serves good Nasi Lemak as mentioned by most locals.
Cool people, it just sit above the water level. Beside the famous nasi lemak, there are many stalls offering fresh seafood. Seafood lover may choose their favourite and request the chef to goreng-goreng for you according to your preference cooking method.

Various choice of dishes to be added into my Nasi Lemak later, from Rendang Chicken, Rendang Beef, Curry Chicken, Sotong Sambal, Fried Chicken and Fish. They all look good, I am pampered with choices.
Teh Tarik 拉茶 RM1.40
Long time no drink Teh Tarik. Must knock head because no asking for less sugar and ended up with this super sweet Teh Tarik.
Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken  炸鸡椰浆饭  RM6
Our first nasi lemak with fried chicken, every set of nasi lemak is served with a fried sunny egg, keropok and sambal. The nasi lemak is quite different from the common one we had outside, very rich with coconut milk and pandan leave aroma. We especially like their sambal, with slight sweet taste, goes well with the rice and fried chicken. The ayam goreng not bad too, quite crispy.
Nasi Lemak with Rendang Chicken 任当鸡椰浆饭  RM6
Rendang Chicken is our another choice to pair with nasi lemak. I like their chilies again, because it is really not too over spicy, and add some sweetness. Yummy! It will not only be loved by adult, but also children I bet?
Satay 沙爹  RM6
Not to forget their satay.

At night, we are looking some good environment cafe to have some chit-chat, we heard this Third Junction Cafe is quite reputable in Kulai, we decided to give it a try.
The billboard is so bright and attracting at night!
(Left)  A Day At The Beach  黄金海岸  RM4.50
(Right) Light & Dark  光与黑  RM4.90
We ordered their special drinks, the beverages are nicely decorated with the mini umbrella. Not too bad to have a cooling and sparkling soda drink at this hot weather.
Shrimp Paste Fried Chicken Wings  虾酱鸡翅  RM6.90
Craving for chicken wings for quite some times, finally satisfy me with this shrimp paste fried chicken wings. The outer layer is super crispy, but I am just not so into it, the taste is too heavy and of little bit over-oily, I prefer it to be lighter.

The objectives are both short and on a long term basis. The short term objective is to provide all the children with a safe and supportive environment. The focus will be on the development of physical, mental, emotional, educational, social and recreational skills that will create awareness to structure and mould the child’s future.
The longer term development includes the options that are available for the child’s future, supporting them to complete the tertiary education preferably to University level. For those who are unable to complete the basic education, they would be trained in developing their skills by educating them in skill training centers.
Through home visits and working with parents, they would like to ensure that eventually the child is reunited with his/her family thus becoming the backbone of the family.

At the same time, CPS aims to work with parents and other family members, so that the child can eventually be reunited with his/her family. In the pipeline, they hope to support projects to enhance community-based facilities for childcare and development in areas where such facilities are lacking. Uncle Tom's Tavern @ Plentong, Johore

Uncle Tom's Tavern @ Plentong, Johore

Had been craving for Western burger awhile ago. It sudden appear to me, one of the restaurant where they offer very nice presentation burger which I view thru facebook photo sharing. Anyway, it is the time for me to find out the truth. Today, I come here quite a rush and I'm not yet ate my breakfast and lunch. Then I treat it as my tea-time.
The ambiance here quite unique and I bet can find no one restaurant where have such ambiance. It provide some romantic feel and some of relax mood. Very relaxing while sitting inside and their service are quite up to grade. Thumb up.

A high ceiling floor with some British Colonel artistry design, en-glow the romantic feel at here. Its quite recommend for couple or bunch of good friends to dine-in here.
Hot Chocolate  RM5.50
Ice Caramel Latte  RM6.50
Cheese Wet French Fries  RM6.45
This wet French Fries is highly recommended by their restaurant owner. But it was turn me down when it come to me, as the cheese was just few slices, when I expected it would be similar to cheese wedges type of cheese flood on top of it. Somehow, I was disappointed with that name.
Anyway, the main course regain my confidence. I order my long-waiting Mushroom cheese burger. From its presentation, drooling looking at the butger. But how can I not taste it and share it with all my readers. Craving for nice burger in JB for quite some time, and here I found one of the best burger in town. Yummylicious. How can I resist myself from the overflowing cheese?
Uncle Tom Mushroom Burgers  RM12.90
Flamed Hamburger with sauteed mushrooms and herbs, cheese and lettuce. The cheese is flood in my mouth while the mushroom adds some crunch to the burger. The seasoning is just all right to my taste and I like it than much.
Secondly, order a Cajun Salmon for my dear . A simple presentation come with vegetable, fries and a pieces of salmon. I can predict it is nice from the golden shinny colour of the salmon. The skillful chef fry the salmon to perfection, the salmon is not totally cooked, to remain it moist and tender texture.
Cajun Salmon  RM14.90
Prime juicy salmon fillet coated in Uncle Tom's special cajun spices. Served with fresh green salad, roasted tomatoes, french fries and a side of Uncle Tom's Special dip.
At the end of the dine, I come to the friendly owner to request for a photo, I missed out to ask whether he's the Tom. Nevertheless, the restaurant is good maintained by him, he brought over the enthusiasm and passion from the other corner of the world!
