Restaurant Orchard View Yong Tau Foo 甜园安邦酿豆腐 @ Ampang, KL

Restaurant Orchard View Yong Tau Foo 甜园安邦酿豆腐 @ Ampang, Selangor

During weekends or public holiday, there were always a crowd heading to Ampang for their famous Yong Yau Fu. This area was known as famous Yong Tau Fu where origin from. One of the relax-ful weekend, I purposely here for the Yong Tau Fu feast. Orchard View 甜园, one of the popular Yong Tau Fu spot.
See the packed scenes. Its hardly to get a seat, so be patient to wait for a empty table or table-sharing.

Besides Yong Tau Fu, they do served side dish like chicken with herbs, paper bag chicken, steam salted chicken, wine chicken, Assam fish chili fish , steam pork with yam, Tom Yam seafood or even trotters in vinegar and Hakka Roast Pork.
 Paper Wrapped Chicken
Its is really tasty
Famous Yong Tau Foo
As common known, Yong Tau Foo is which consist of fish paste stuffed into items like smooth taufoo, ladies fingers, fried taufoo, chilies, slices of bittergourd or brinjals. Its normally served in soup.

Deep Fried Yong Tau Fu
Its may also wrapped in thin soya skin (foo chok) which then served in deep fried.
Every single piece of Yong Tau Fu price at RM0.90 per piece. If you want taste its better rather than plain Yong Tau Fu, you may dip it with their homemade sweet sauce or chili sauce. Good taste.

  4. I went there before a few times. The parking is horrible at peak hour. The amount of people dining during lunch is unimaginable too. The yong tau food r freshly prepared. The chili and soya sauce are good to be dipped with. Usually half the bottle is gone when we finish our lunch there.
