We were in One Utama again to discover new restaurant and food hunting after its renovation. Due to curiosity on the long queue, we targeted on this Hokkaido sushi. The exterior design of the restaurant is grand enough to make us thought the food is costly. Somehow I found I was wrong after viewing their menu and price. 

Do you feel the logo looks familiar? Inherit the characteristic and concept of Sushi Zanmai, Hokkaido sushi appears as another genuine conveyor-belt Sushi restaurant in the town. Perhaps its appearance is to solve the over-crowded-situation in Sushi Zanmai which located at New Wing of One Utama. However, the problem seems not solved? As it was equally crowded at this new branch, we queued for half hour before we could enter. Except for the name, all the menu and dishes are exactly the same with Sushi Zanmai.

 Hokkaido Sushi is much more spacious and can entertain more people at the same time.

Salute to their speedy serving, on my dining within 5 minutes after placing my order. 

Like the firm texture of the salmon.

Room for improvement, a bit over-grilled, but still, it is not rubbery.
