Wok City BBQ Restaurant 锅富城 @ Jalan Kampung Baru, Bukit Mertajam, Penang

Wok City BBQ Restaurant 锅富城 @ Jalan Kampung Baru, Bukit Mertajam

Way back to CNY this year, usually my old schoolmates will had a light reunion gathering before/after CNY.  After several tried on other steamboat shop, there were just fully booked during this period. So, we had no choice to find an alternate place and we decide to find a place which was very near to our places. This year the venue was Wok City BBQ steamboat. Wok City had rapidly become a favorite steamboat spot at BM because of the strategic location and no other can bet its.

Ginseng soup / White Rice / Herbal Egg

 abalone slices

A metal plate around steamboat bowl is for BBQ purpose. But somehow, I found its was not really convenient, the metal plate is not wide enough plus its was not a flat platform, every times have to well take care of our food to avoid fall in the stove.

Our group photo after a full buffet meal with my old schoolmates.

The price is RM25.90 nett per person. At here, they charged RM2.00 nett for each soup base. For those who like just come over for have a chit-chat, they charge RM6.90 nett for drink and dessert.
