The Humble Chef @ Pusat Bandar Damansara, KL

The Humble Chef @ Pusat Bandar Damansara, KL

The Humble Chef is mostly known to the HELP College University students and expatriates living nearby. Rosman Hussin, one of the two friendly owners operating from the van, previously was a Western and pastry chef who worked for a few restaurants in Germany before starting up The Humble Chef. Of course, I cannot assure that you can get 5 star hotel or 3 star Michelin restaurant ambient, but i'm sure you will have best food on best price.
Nearly at 10pm, the pick-up cab is reach. All customer who has long waiting for it, started to queue to take chair and set-up for their seat by their own. Good!
Still taking time for setting up their mobile kitchen.
After 10 minutes, there is no more seat left. Have to wait for seat or take-away order.
 Their menu and price list.
It was not a bad situation when dining beside roadside (Mamak stall do), but not western food. You will have the best KL night street view from the top of hill and cold wind blow on your face.
Mountain Dew  RM2
 The only drinks they have
Chicken Pita RM4
Stuffed with plenty of shredded chicken and cheese
 Lamb Pita  RM4
fluffy pita bread stuffed with cheesy minced lamb and lettuce.
Carbonara RM5
slightly cheese on the top. Mix gently and is ready to eat.
Chicken Olio Spaghetti   RM5
LIKE!

They have special dishes such as chicken chop, lamb chop and lamb meatballs, only on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (it’s best to call and confirm)
