In conjunction celebrating 15th Anniversary this year 2012, Secret Recipe Malaysia will be a host of activities, promotions and events in line with its 15th Anniversary milestone celebration for the year. To kick off  a series of exciting activities for its patrons / customer, they are starting with this promo - Buy 3 FREE 1 starting from 10 - 25 March, two long week celebration.

Today, pleasure to have the invitation from Secret Recipe for promotion's preview along with my 2 guests. It is located at a very obvious corner after turn into TTDI's junction. Their bright red signboard is very significant as we could see from far away.

I like this branch a lot, credit to the spacious and clean environment, good place to have chit chat with friends.

Beverage

Mixed Fruits Yogurt Shake  RM8.50

I like the smooth texture,  well blended. The mixture of fresh fruits add some refreshing and delightful element to the drink.

Ice Blended Cappuccino  RM8.50

The ice blended Cappucino indeed worth for the price, the coffee aroma generates my addiction over it.

Ice Blended Chocolate  RM8.50

Another ice blended item, i bet it suitable for girls who love chocolate? ya, as you can see from the picture above, the choco syrup is over flowing! It is very "chocolate-ish", have a sip of it then you will know it.

Grapetiser (Red)  RM7.80

This sparkling juice is my another favourite, I ordered the grape-flavoured one. Attracted by the old-fashioned-soft-drinks-bottle. flash back my childhood memory,  but indeed this is much more costly and advanced than the normal bottled soft drink. 

Starter 

Seafood Spring Roll   RM7

 Deep fried spring roll with shrimps and vegetables

I must say something about the filling of the spring roll, it is much more generous than i thought. I can sense the strong taste of shrimps once I have a bite of it. Luxurious version popiah indeed.

Mushroom Soup  RM5.50

 a favorite classic

Chicken Satay  RM7.50

Tantalizing skewers of chicken served with slices of sweet onions and cucumber. A traditional and well known Malaysian, a must try! Served with delicious peanut sauce. The chicken is marinated well, and the slight aroma of lemongrass makes it more attractive.

Crispy Chicken Salad  RM11.50

A lively salad of chicken cubes, cherry tomatoes, served in a bowl, lightly dressed with a tangy mixture of house-blend sauce. Do check it now, it is still new in the menu!

Main Course

Prawn Macaroni with cheese  RM16.50

macaroni pasta with prawn and mushroom topped with loads of mozzarella cheese and grilled till melted.

I like cheesy macaroni as always, this creamy one suits my taste bud. The prawn they used is high quality and fresh too, still crunchy when biting. 

Kid's Burger (Chicken)  RM11.50

 four mini burgers garnished with sliced cucumber. served with alphabet fries

If you dine in with family, this is more than suitable for kids! Mini chicken burger with alphabet fries certainly attract the attention of kids and open up their flavour. I was attracted by it too. lol.

Pan-grilled Dory with lobster sauce  RM17.80

Pan-grilled dory fillets prepared with homemade lobster sauce. served with french fries, sweet peas, cauliflower and carrots.

Chicken Cordon Bleu   RM15.80

boneless chicken chop stuffed with chicken square and cheese. served with french fries and golden sweet corn.

This is another recommended item, I salute to the creativity of the chef. You were wrong if you thought that it is just a normal chicken chop. Find out the specialness of this "I-am-not-a-chicken-chop" from the picture below.

Deng! juicy and cheesy, instead of chicken chop, it is more to a chicken roll with cheese and ham.

Dessert
Patrons usually stick to chocolate indulgence, chocolate banana and marble cheese cake, we were quite adventurous today to give a try on their new cakes!

Durian Durian  RM6.80

A must for durian lover like me! the strong taste and smell of durian will indeed satisfy your addiction to the king of fruits. It is best to consume while it is still icy and cold.

Oreo Cheese  RM6.50

Cheese lover, don't hesitate to have a slice of it. Now and always, Secret Recipe never "kedekut" in putting cheese into their cake. And the crunchiness of Oreo give it another texture.

Banana Split  RM8.90

One ripe banana, 2 scoops of ice cream, topped with chocolate sauce and fresh cream to stay true to this classic 

Chocolate Sundae  RM9.90

Indulge in sin! 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce, chocolate rice and whipped cream.
