Ice Cold Bier 冰冻啤酒坊 @ Jalan Cheras, KL

Ice Cold Bier 冰冻啤酒坊 @ Jalan Cheras

How would you like to have ice cold beer, all the time? Here at Ice Cold Bier, they take pride in living up to our name, and serving you the coldest, most refreshing beer possible, all the time.

With Ice cold beer, the Malaysian beer scene is set to undergo another radical change. It is the first and so far, the only beer establishment in Malaysia that uses a full Glycol beer cooling system that ensures your beer comes to you ice-cold, just the way you want it.
Ice cold beer is always best enjoyed with friends, in a pleasant and friendly environment. With a capacity for about 250-300 people and an al-fresco beer garden styled concept, ICB has plenty of room for you and your friends to enjoy your ice cold beer in peace. There's even a veranda for you to sit and sip your beer in comfort as you watch the traffic go by below.

They also have ample room for private functions, so if you want to organize your very own ice cold beer party, feel free to give a call to them!
You even have the option of being your own bartender, as they also have special tables with installed taps where you can tap your own here. This is in addition to several portable taps that they can bring to your table, as well as their ever-popular beer towers.
ICB currently has seven taps serving seven different types of ice cold beer through the glycol system. Here, you can enjoy the long cool taste of Carlsberg; the refreshing citrus notes of Hoagaarden; the freshness of Erdinger, the most popular wheat beer in the world; the proud traditions of Leffe abbey ale; the richness of full-bodied Connor's Stout; and the unique fruity goodness of Belvue Kriek.
Check out the 1st Glycol System in Malaysia!

What is a glycol beer cooling system? Well, glycol is an antifreeze agent which allows water to cool below zero degrees without freezing. In their system, the process begins at a specially-built walk-in cooler, which ensures that all beers are kept and served at the proper temperature. When the beer is tapped, it is drawn out of the kegs through multiple beer lines of an insulating foam rubber tube. This helps to make sure that the beer is kept at a constant temperature of about 1Celsius from the keg to the beer tap, dramatically slowing the growth of wild yeast and bacteria in the beer lines to serve you the prefect glass of quality, ice cold beer.
And as if you are not spoilt for choice already, ICB also stocks an extensive range of imported bottled beers such as Grimbergen, Konig Ludwig, Franziskaner, Becks, Budweiser, and many more.

BM Fresh 大山脚鲜茶工坊 @ Taman Sri Jaya, Bukit Mertajam

BM Fresh 大山脚鲜茶工坊@ Taman Sri Jaya

The fever of drinking taiwan bubble tea is back to Malaysia after few years, but it has been transformed from pasar malam's drink to superior and branded drink, some of these bubbke teas can be quite pricey and cost more than RM 5.00 if you add on various toppings to your drink. There are few Taiwanese bubble tea brands have been brought in to Kuala Lumpur, and such trend is spreading to my hometown, Penang. I went to one of the Bubble tea shop in Bukit Mertajam and tasted their "Fresh" tea. The prices of bubble tea from Fresh Fruit Tea Experts are quite reasonable and affordable compared to those famous one. Such cheap price has indeed promoted students and teenagers to visit this shop frequently.

The express counter where you place your order of your favourite bubble tea.

(Left)  Cranberry Coco Yogurt   RM4
(Right)  Honey Roasted Oolong Green Tea  RM3.50

(Left) Formosa Earl Grey Milk Tea   RM3.00
(Right)  Mango Green Tea   RM2.50
Kindly ask for assistance and recommendation from the staff when placing your order, if you are newbies to this kind of "new style bubble tea shop", the menu is quite complicated and confusing.

Orkid Ria Seafood Restaurant @ Jalan Pantai Cenang

When the time come to dinner at Langkawi, a Chinese Seafood Cuisine restaurant was spotted in my eye sight. A place where is full of people especially foreign tourist. Guess that this restaurant is famous of their seafood cuisine. Therefore, decide to have a try on it. Although, i knew that there will be an exploded bill come to end. Haha..

Besides good ambiance of dining, there is also available aquarium for live seafood for you to choose. There were a lot of deluxe seafood which come to my eye.  Giant Lobster, Giant Tiger Prawn, Giant Crab, and other fish, prawn.

Due to my budget budget dinner, i just choose non-live seafood dish for my dinner. The nice food with nice ambiance cost a little more out of my budget. lol
