This place well-known which all kinds nice food and nice beer.
This is the new imported Belgium ( Bavaria ) beer. Its only found at Brussels in Malaysia.
This beer is lively, fruity and spicy character which seldom seen in other beers.
It quite suitable for All ( U class movie).

Fata cheese , watermelon, apple, olive tossed together with assorted lettuce and drizzled with Italian dressing.
adding Balsamic Vinegar make it more nicer. The cheese use Australian Cheddar, is melting in mouth.
The taste good.
Cooked with Hoegaarden beer, coriander , celery , and lemon zest. Australia Blue Mussles
Steam using Hoegaarden. Fresh taste because of this mussles is fresh air flown from Australia.
Steamed with white wine, garlic, celery and onion.
Steamed with white wine, great to bring out its freshly taste. Beside this, dip with freshly toasted rye bread and savour the freshness of mussles with every bite.

celery, tomatoes, and finished with a touch of cream and sherry vinegar

Is slightly salty. But is come nicer with beer. after drink some beer, feel to bite more on this roast pork.

Another Belgium traditional dish. Its made from Hoegaarden beer mix with variety spice, butter, cream, etc and also chicken , vegetable to cook. The nicer part of this, dip the sauce with toasted bread. Believe me is cool. Soften chicken and sauce make people crazy.

Normally, baby beef ribs is steam it to get tasty. If grilled ribs, the meat will goes too dry / hard
But use the premier baby beef ribs, even is grilled taste is same like steam.
